The Faces of Syracuse recently sat down with Jordan Sheridan Zapisek, Founder of On My Team16. On May 29, 2014, Jordan’s younger brother, Jack Sheridan, was diagnosed with leukemia. Jack was a sophomore in high school at Christian Brothers Academy playing baseball at the time of his diagnoses. On My Team16 was founded shortly after – a nonprofit organization dedicated to comforting and supporting pediatric oncology patients, families, and caregivers by raising money through athletics.
