The Faces of Syracuse recently sat down with local restaurateur, Mark Bullis. Mark Has been in the restaurant business as an independent operator for almost 21 years. He is a lifelong resident of Syracuse and began his restaurant career in 2002 with Bull & Bear Roadhouse in Hanover Square in downtown Syracuse, NY.
