The Faces of Syracuse recently sat down with Chris Bily. Chris is the Founder, Owner and Creator of Original Grain, XO Taco, Fly Bird, and Hot Stuff Sauce. Chris believes that, “Where you are is a culmination of life events, either large or small, that have such a huge impact on your decision making that end up leading you to where you are today.” For Chris, after one significant event in coaching, he got sidetracked and back in the restaurant business. One thing led to another, and Original Grain was created.
